We get tins of Cajun or Creole spice in the supermarket here, but I suspect it is some way from the stuff you guys get, still, give it a try.<br /><br />Question that relates to language. When you say tablespoon, is that the size you would use to eat soup or cereal. It is over here. Smaller than that is the one to stir coffee that we would call a teaspoon.
