And that Cajun-Irish band really rocked!

Jo- So glad you enjoyed some Cajun cuisine. It is the best, if I say so myself. Thanks for the sweet compliment and for coming by!

Velva- You're welcome, cher! Always my pleasure to share the good times with you. It was a lot of fun! I tried your Pomegranate drink and it was fabulous. Cheers!

Nancy- It is wonderful that they care enough to want to save the planet! Hopefully, this generation will be the one to do it! Merci for visiting, cher!

Mandy- I am so thankful that we can! She lived in California for two years and I missed her so much! So sorry about the praline fiasco! I am going to make them tomorrow and will let you know how they turned out.

Irish- Great to see you! The mere mention of an Irish band seems to have caught your eye! I think that's a great idea for you to start your own band! Be thankful you two can do that.

P.s. - I made those pralines but they didn't turn out so well. Only 10 out of 50 stuck together. It was my fault though, not the recipe. They just didn't stick so I think I didn't cook it long enough or let the consistency form. I love that.

I could relate to the stolen bike issue - both of my daughters lost bikes while in college. In the Pacific Northwest there was/is? actually an organized gang that steals bikes, chops them up and resells them. Bikes are not safe anywhere on the college campuses.
