Bayou Boogie

Here's a little clip of one of my favorite bands, Nathan & the Zydeco Cha Chas, rockin' the crowd at the Crawfish Festival. The man knows HOW to play an accordion! Crank it up for this one, cher! Dancing to this one is guaranteed to burn off those calories! Enjoy!

Okay, I copied the banana pudding pie yesterday and now I'm looking at those crab stuffed appies. Do you use the stems in the stuffing? I learned to chop the stems and mix w/ whatever stuffing I was adding. Crab sounds good and grilling them sounds great. I love stuffed mushrooms.

I made halibut last night, using fillets, dipped in flour mixed with Emeril's Bayou Bash and frying on high heat in butter. They were absolutely delicious. Oh, I squeezed a little lemon on each and sliced thing lemon rings to top each filet when finis.
