Remove from heat and stir in sausage, breadcrumbs, parsley, and cream cheese and blend well.

Festival Fun

We had an absolute blast over the weekend at Festival Acadiens et Creole. Here is a little clip that I took of Balfa Toujours rockin' the crowd on Saturday afternoon at Scene Ma Louisiane. A whole lotta nitty-gritty dancing going on, ya'll! Hope you're all having a wonderful week. Merci beaucoup for stopping by!

Gotta try those mushrooms--the cream cheese bit hooked me.

Think I'm a bit jealous of the fun in the video clip.

Have a great weekend, cher!

Thank goodness you're back - I was starving and almost wasted away!! Glad you had a great time at the Festival. They all look full of joy when dancing and make it look like A,B,C and all the letters of the alphabet. A different world I think here across the pond.
Nice to see you back ~ Eddie x

Hey, lady! I'm glad you're back blogging.

I would like to fill up my plate and hurt myself on these tailgating goodies. We missed festival this year. Gabe (my son) ended up with bronchitis that week. I'll enjoy it through your videos though!

Thanks for the support, cher, Yesterday was a wheee! day as the stats kept climbing. . . #1 for regional books and ebooks and #22 for memoirs . . . close to cracking Amazon's Top 100. Trust me, a feather could knock me over.
