Live from Lafayette - It's Festival Time! - Day 1

It was a beautiful evening for the fais do-do, at the kick-off for Festival International, 2010! The mood was exuberant and the first band up was High Performance, and they were really rocking the crowd! The first dance was a traditional waltz, and some good old fashioned Cajun dancing! As the dancers warmed up, and the music got faster and faster, there was some nitty-gritty, two-stepping going on, cher! Moi-j'aime-ca-come-ca! Next up, was the fabulous, Keith Frank & the Solieau Zydeco Band and the crowd was really huge by this time. They went wild for this one! Let the good times roll, cher! Wish you all were here!!
