I've had a request for some more Bayou Boogie. Here's a little clip of one of Cajun country's favorite dance bands, rockin' the crowd, with a whole lotta nitty-gritty dancin' going on. Crank it up for this one, cher, and let the good times roll!

Marguerite....you have got to be the best cook in the world and you always leave me starving! Get'n lunch now! XO
Oh yum! But I can't imagine me whipping this up in a flash. Plan on opening a restaurant any time soon?
I want you to cook all my food! this one really has me drooling. I'm a catfish lover. Once, while visiting relatives in Oklahoma we were taken way out in the back country on a dirt road to a farm that had been serving catfish (and little else) for many years. It wasn't at all like a restaurant. You sat at old tables and chairs in a barn. It was some of the best food I ever had. This settles it, I'm having catfish today. Thanks Marguerite!
I do love catfish, a restaurant is a good idea for sure.
I think if I had this served up I would think I was in Heaven. I wonder if sinfully delicious things would be allowed there LOL. The more I see of these spicy creations the more I think I would enjoy those Southern Comforts. You may be pleased to learn I have been looking at some demos and teaching instructions on Cajun Dancing! Yer never know! LOL Cheers.
Can I just move in with you?? LOL this is my favorite dish you have featured so far...looks absolutely delicious..your family is so lucky to have you...
I'm with Mona! This looks amazing!!!
Ditto all of the above!!! I love catfish too! Do you ever cook the same thing twice girl? Yum!
As soon as I shake this strep throat, I'm diving into that stuffed catfish. Haven't had that in ages - Lord, but my mouth's watering!
I have not eaten catfish before, and yours looks so delicious! The filling with the crab meat sounds yummy! Have a great week!
one of my favorites, stuffed flounder... but I don't think I have ever had stuffed catfish, now I've been missing out... really great recipe
Oh, man. I should have eaten breakfast before stopping by. When will I learn?! Another fabulous dish. I dig seafood stuffed with seafood--shrimp, crab, fish--anything! Love the touch of butter and lemon on top.
Wow! Marguerite this looks fantastic, I don't think I have seen catfish stuffed before, but this is just delightful!
Hope you are having a fantastic week...

Hi Marguerite,
That stuffed catfish looks so awesome, I could just make a meal of the stuffing. We have a lot of catfish and this will be a great way to dress it up. So glad you brought me a good cajun boggie today, I needed to get up out of this chair and have a little dance! Hope you have a great week end and thanks for sharing with Full Plate Thursday!
Come back soon,

Thanks for the Dish. I ACTUALLY COOKED IT!!!
And loved it. I had been looking for a stuffed fish recipe for some time now to recreate that Truly southern stuffed fish and couldn't find one. All those "celebrity" chef retards with open a can of this and flambe with some unobtainable exotic liquor had been driving me crazy!
The trinity...the subtle lemon flavor and the kick and delight of the Gulf's Seafood. You really did nail it right on. Thanks for the recipe I am cooking it again tonight.
